Rosen 28 Tablet is a type of hormonal contraceptive. It is an oral contraceptive used to avoid unintended conception. Contraception is a technique used in family planning to avoid pregnancy.
Rosen 28 Tablet contains two medications: drospirenone and ethinylestradiol. Drospirenone is a type of progestin. (female hormones). It functions by stopping the egg from fertilizing. A woman can only become pregnant if her embryo is fertilized by a man's sperm.
Before taking Rosen 28, inform your doctor about all of your medical conditions, allergies, and medicines. Please notify your doctor if you have ever had blood clots in your extremities, airways, or eyes before beginning Rosen 28. Do not take Rosen 28 if you have had a stroke, heart attack, heart issues, excessive blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, liver, or renal problems. If you are expecting, do not consume Rosen 28.
Caution is advised when consuming alcohol with Yasmin Tablet. Please consult your doctor.
Using Rosen 28 Tablets while pregnant is extremely risky. Consult your doctor before taking any medications, as research on animals and pregnant women has demonstrated apparent adverse effects on the growing fetus.
Rosen 28 Tablet while breastfeeding is definitely dangerous. According to limited human evidence, the medication may enter breastmilk and damage the infant.
Nursing women are advised to use nonhormonal and progestin-only contraceptives, particularly in the first four weeks after giving birth.
Rosen 28 Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Inform your doctor before receiving the Rosen 28 if you have had a liver impairment/disorder history. Your doctor will prescribe only if the benefits outweigh the risks.
If you have a history of liver disease or damage, inform your doctor before starting Rosen 28. Your doctor will only recommend medication if the advantages exceed the dangers.
Rosen 28 ( Ethinylestradiol 0.03mg + Drospirenone 3mg) works by inhibiting the release of gonadotrophic hormones, which are responsible for initiating ovulation (the release of a mature egg from the ovaries) and ensuring the fertilized egg's effective implantation. They also decrease the thickness of the uterine lining, making it unsuitable for the fetus to implant and develop. They can also change the viscosity of the cervical mucous, making it difficult for the sperm to penetrate the cervix and fertilize the embryo. As a consequence, they make it difficult to have a healthy pregnancy.
This is an oral contraceptive tablet containing both the synthetic progestin drospirenone and the synthetic estrogen ethinyl estradiol. This tablet's contraceptive impact is dependent on the interplay of several variables, the most significant of which are ovulation inhibition and changes in cervical secretions. If the tablet is taken as directed, it will prevent the eggs from developing to the point where they can be fertilized, and the cervical mucous will stay viscous, creating a sperm barrier and preventing the endometrium from accepting implantation. The estrogen/progestin combo has several beneficial qualities aside from stopping pregnancy. It can be used to identify contraceptive techniques, in addition to their bad qualities. Periods are more frequent, menstruation is less unpleasant, and blood is lighter.
Drospirenone has anti-mineralocorticoid action and can prevent estrogen-induced sodium retention. Drospirenone has a positive lipid profile when combined with ethinyl estradiol, with a rise in HDL high-density lipoproteins. Drospirenone has antiandrogenic action but has no effect on the rise in ethinyl estradiol-related sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), which can bind and inactivate endogenous androgens. Drospirenone lacks testosterone, estrogen, glucocorticoid, and anti-glucocorticoid action. When coupled with anti-mineralocorticoid and anti-androgenic qualities, drospirenone has biochemical and pharmacological properties that are very comparable to the endogenous hormone progesterone.
